O P E N SPACE LAND PROGRAMS

For grants as authorized by title VII of the Housing Act of 1961, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1500-1500e), and the provision of technical assistance to State and local public bodies (including the undertaking of studies and publication of information), $75,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided., That no part of a n j appropriation in this Act shall be used for administrative expenses m connection with commitments entered into during the current fiscal year for grants aggregating more than the total amounts available in the current year from amounts heretofore appropriated for making such commitments through June 30, 1967, plus the additional amount appropriated herein: Provided further. That no part of this appropriation may be used for financing a grant in excess of 50 per centum of the cost of any activity or project.
