Be It etidcfed by f/ie Senate (md?Iouse of RepresentativeH of the UriJted States of America in CongreH.^ OHHemhled^ That (a) chapter 73, title 18, Ignited States Code, is amended l>y adding at the end thereof the following new section:
- § 1510. Obstruction of criminal investigations
" (a) Whoever willfully endeavors by means of bribery, misrepresentation, intimidation, or force or threats thereof to obstruct, delay, or prevent the communication of information relating to a violation of any criminal statute of the United States by any person to a criminal investigator; or "'"Whoever injures any person in his person or property on account of the giving by such person or by any other person of any such information to any crimnial investigator— '"Shall be fined not more than $5,000, or imprisoned not more than live years, or both. "'(b) As used in this section, the term 'criminal investigator' means any individual dul}' authorized by a department, agency, or armed force of the United States to (conduct or engage in investigations of or prosecutions for violations of the criminal laws of the United States." (b) The chapter analysis of chapter 73, title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new item: '•]r>10. Obstruction of (triniinal investigati(»ns."

AN ACT To provide for the striking of medals in commemoration of the two-hundredth anniversary of the founding of San Diego.
Be it enacted by the Senate and Iloum of Representatives of the United State's of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury (hereinafter referred to as the "Secretary") shall strike and furiiish for the San Diego Two-Hundredth Anniversary, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "corporation"), a not-for-profit organization for the celebration of the two-hundredth anniversary of the founding of the San Diego community, national medals in commemoration of such anniversary. SEC. 2. Such medals shall be of such sizes, materials, and shall be so inscribed, as the corporation may determine with the approval of the Secretary. SEC. 3. Not more than five hundred thousand of such medals may be l)roducecl. Production shall be in such quantities, not less than two thousand, as may be ordered by the corporation, but no work may be commenced on any order unless the Secretary has received security satisfactory to him for the payment of the cost of the production of
