SEC. 302. Chapter 2 of part III of the Foreign Assistance 4tct of 1961, as amended, which relates to administrative provisions, is amended as follows: ^^) Section 6 2 4 (d)(2)(B), which relates to statutory officers, is amended by striking out "of assistance" each place it appears. (b) Section 625(b), which relates to employment of personnel, is amended as follows: (1) Strike out "the Classification Act of 1949, as amended (5 U.S.C. 1071 et seq.)" and substitute "section 5332 of title 5 of the United g^^^^^g Q^^J^^^^
