AN ACT Making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Supplemental United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following i9'69.°^^**°" *' sums are appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply supplemental appropriations (this Act may be cited as the "Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1969") for the fiscal rear ending June 30, 1969, and for other purposes, namely: CHAPTEK I DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE EXTENSION SERVICE COOPERATIVE EXTENSION WORK, PAYMENTS AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Payments to States and Puerto Rico", for payments for extension worK under section 109 of the District of Columbia Public Education Act, as amended by the Act of j^^e20, 1968 (PublicLaw90-354),$75,000. CONSUMER AND MARKETING SERVICE FOOD STAMP P R O G R A M

For an additional amount for "Food stamp program", $55,000,000: Provided, That additional expenditures resulting from amounts provided in this paragraph shall be fully offset by sale of notes held by the Commodity Credit Corporation or other assets of the Department of Agriculture to prevent further expenditure reductions against existing programs pursuant to the Revenue and Expenditure Control Act Ante. p. 251.

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $300,000. AGRICULTURAL STABILIZATION AND CONSERVATION SERVICE INDEMNITY PAYMENTS TO DAIRY FARMERS Ante, p. 750.

For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of the Act of August 13, 1968 (Public Law 90-484), $300,000: Prowe^ec?. That none of the funds contained in this Act shall be used to make indemnity payments to any farmer whose milk was removed from commercial markets as a result of his willful failure to follow procedures prescribed by the Federal Government.
