For an additional amount for "Operations", $4,000,000. FEDERAL RAILROAD ADMINISTTJATION ALASKA RAILROAD REVOLVING FUND

Payment to the Alaska Railroad Revolving Fund For payment to the Alaska Railroad revolving fund for payment of approved contractor claims relating to authorized work of the Alaska Railroad, involving the reconstruction of the Seward Dock facilities destroyed as a result of the Alaska earthquake, $580,000, which may be made available to the Corps of Engineers for payment of such claims. URBAN MASS TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES
