AN ACT For the relief of Susan Elizabeth (Cho) Long.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admiiiistration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Susan Elizabeth (Cho) Long may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Miss Joyce M. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year tluit such quota is available.
