damage the property of any person or of another person, in whole or in part, shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
TITLE XI — GENERAL PROVISIONS
SEC. 1601. If the provisions of any part of this Act or any amendments made thereby or the application thereof to any person or circumstances be held invalid, the provisions of the other parts and their application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 19(i8, and for other purposes; namely: CHAPTER I DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION
FEDERAL-AID HIGHWAYS (TRUST FUND)
For an additional amount for "Federal-aid highways (trust fund)", to remain aviailable until expended, $400,000,000 or so much thereof as may be available in and derived from the "Highway trust fund", which sum is part of the amount authorized to be appropriated for the fiscal year 1967.
CHAPTER II CLAIMS AND JITDGMENTS For payment of ckiims settled and determined by departments and agencies in accord with law and judgments rendered against the Ignited States by the United States Court of Claims and United States district courts, as set forth in House Document Numbered 254 as amended by House Document Numbered 258, Ninetieth Congress, $50,980,86:3, including $174,334 payable from the postal fund, together with such amounts as may be necessary to pay interest (as and when specified in such judgments or provided by law) and such additional sums due to increases in rates of exchange as miay be necessary to pay claims in foreign currency: Provided, That no judgment herein appropriated for shall be paid until it shall become final and conclusive against the Ignited States by failure of the parties to appeal or otherwise: Provided further, That unless otherwise specifically required by law or by the judgment, payment of interest wherever appropriated for herein shall not continue for more than thirty days after the date of approval of this Act.
