The project for the ITtica Dam and Reservoir and flood protection at Newark, Licking River Basin, Ohio, is hereby authorized substantially in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief of Engineers in House Document Numbered 337, Ninetieth Congress, at an estimated cost of $32,953,000.
