To direct the Secretary of Defense to pay the special pay authorized under section 310 of title 37, United States Code, to certain members of the uniformed services held captive in North Korea.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the acfmin- ^^^^ Puebio istration of section 310 (relating to special pay for duty subject to Hostile are pay. hostile fire) of title 37, United States Code, the Secretary of Defense y/stat^s^V^' shall pay the special pay authorized by such section to each member of a uniformed service who was aboard the United States Ship Pueblo at the time of her capture by military forces of North Korea. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of the Rehabilitation Act of November 4, 1963 (77 Stat. 302), is amended by deleting "$45,- appropriation!°ki000,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$75,000,000", and by deleting crease. the date "1973" and inserting in lieu thereof the date "1978". SEC. 2. Said Act is further amended by inserting in the first paragraph of section 3, immediately after the date "June 30, 1968, the following language: "with respect to sums transferred on or prior to that date, and over a period of thirty years from the date of each such transfer with respect to sums transferred after that date".
