Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled., That section 102 Presidential of title 3, United States Code, is amended by striking out "$100,000*' ^"ltl[Z"C' and inserting in lieu thereof "$200,000". SEC. 2. The amendment made by this Act shall take effect at noon ^"^ctive date. on January 20, 1969. Approved January 17, 1969.
