^^ ACT For the relief of Miss Maria Mosio.

Be It enacted by the Senate and Flouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemhJed, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Maria Mosio may be chissified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Stanley Kajca, a citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) each of the following employees, former employees, and estates of deceased employees of the Bureau of Reclamation who received the overpayment of compensation listed opposite his name for the period from March 30, 1952, through August 13, 1966, inclusive, or any portion or portions of such period, which overpayment resulted from administrative error, is hereby relieved of all liability to refund to the United States the amount of such overpayment: Name Adriance, Mary S Albee, Stanley Anderson, E. Each such employee or former employee who has at any time made any repayment to the United States on account of any such overpayments made to him (or, in the event of his death, the person w'ho would be entitled thereto under the first section of the Act of August 3, 1950 (5 U.S.C. 5583)), shall be entitled to have an amount equal to all such repayments made by him refunded if application is made within two years after the date of enactment of this Act. (b) For purposes of the Civil Service Retirement Act and the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Act of 1954, each overpayment for which liability is relieved by subsection (a) of this section shall be deemed to have been a valid payment.
