Subsection (o) of section 203 of the Federal Property and 69 Stat. 84, Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended (40 U.S.C. 484(o)), 430; 79 Stat. 1312. is amended to read as follows: "(o) The Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, with Reports to respect to personal property donated under subsection (j) of this ^°"^*^^' section, and the head of each executive agency disposing of real property under subsection (k) of this section shall submit during the calendar quarter following the close of each fiscal year a report to the Senate (or to the Secretary of the Senate if the Senate is not in session) and to the House of Representatives (or to the Clerk of the House if the House is not in session) showing the acquisition cost of all personal property so donated and of all real property so disposed of during the preceding fiscal year." SEC. 5. Section 13(h) of the Surplus Property Act of 1944 (50 62 Stat. 350. U.S.C. App. 1622(h)) is amended by— (1) striking out the phrase "public park, public recreational area, or" in paragraph (1) thereof; and (2) striking out the first full sentence of paragraph (2) thereof. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the text of section 405 of title 37, United States Code, is amended by adding the following additional language at the end thereof: "A station housing allowance may be prescribed under this section without regard to costs other than housing costs and may consist of the difference between basic allowance for quarters and applicable housing cost. Housing cost and allowance may be disregarded in prescribing a station cost of living allowance under this section." Approved October 22, 1970.
