(a) Section 152(a)(1) of the Vocational Education Act of 1963 is amended by striking out "$15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970" and inserting in lieu thereof "for each of the succeeding fiscal years ending prior to July 1, 1972". (b) Section 153(d)(2) of such Act is amended by striking out "1969" and inserting in lieu thereof "1970, and on July 1, 1971".

Section 555 of the Education Professions Development Act (title V of the Higher Education Act of 1965) is amended by striking out "and" where it appears after "1969," and by inserting before the period at the end thereof a comma and the following: "the sum of $40,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1971, and the sum of $45,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972".
