EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT COUNCIL ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY AND OFFICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses necessary for the Council on Environmental Quality and the Office of Environmental Quality, in carrying out their functions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (Public Stat. 852. Law 91-190) and the Environmental Quality Improvement Act of 83 USC 4321 42 1970 (Public Law 91-224]), including hire of passenger vehicles, and note partial support of the Cabinet Committee on the Environment and the ^"'* P- 11^ Citizen's Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality, established by Executive Order 11472 of May 29, 1969, as amended by Executive ^^ use i7k Order 11514 of March 5, 1970, $350,000.

FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT DISASTER RELIEF

For an additional amount for "Disaster Relief", $75,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed 3 per centum of the foregoing amount shall be available for administrative expenses.

DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT RENEWAL AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE L W RENT PUBLIC HOUSING ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS O

For an additional amount for "Low-rent public housing annual contributions", fiscal year 1969, $13,616,000. COLLEGE HOUSING

The limitation on total payments that may be required in any fiscal year by all contracts for annual grants with educational institutions entered into pursuant to Section 401 of the Housing Act of 1950, as amended (82 Stat. 604), is increased by $5,000,000.

MORTGAGE CREDIT FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION HOMEOWNERSHIP AND RENTAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE

The limitation on total payments that may be required in any fiscal year by all contracts entered into under section 235 of the National Housing Act, as amended (82 Stat. 477), is increased by $35,000,000, and the limitation on total payments under those entered into under section 236 of such Act (82 Stat. 498), is increased by $35,000,000.
