TITLE III—GEXERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 301. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain availiible for obligation beyond the cnrrent fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. SEC. 302. No part of the funds appropriated by this Act shall be ^ ^t""^*^'^ . ^ used to pay the salary of any Federal employee who is couA'icted in proWMti^n^'"^" any Federal, State, or local court of competent jurisdiction, of inciting, promoting, or carrying on a riot, or any group activity resulting in material damage to property or injury to persons, found to be in violation of Federal, State, or local laws designed to protect persons or property in the community concerned. This Act may be cited as the "Department of the Interior and ^*'°'"* ""^• Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1971". Approved July 31, 1970.

To declare that the United States holds in trust for the Washoe Tribe of Indians certain lands in Alpine County, California.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all of the right, J^.^^^°^ Indian title, and interest of the United States in the following described "a^nds In trust. public domain land located in Alpine County, California, are hereby declared to be held by the United States in trust for the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California: Southeast quarter southeast quarter of section 20 and the northeast quarter northeast quarter of section 29, all in township 11 north, range 20 east, Mount Diablo base and meridian, Alpine County, California, containing 80 acres. SEC. 2. The amount expended by the United States to acquire the land granted by this Act, as determined by the Secretary of the Interior, shall be deducted from any appropriation that is made to satisfy a judgment by the Indian Claims Commission in docket numbered 288 in which the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California is entitled to share, and the amount deducted shall be deposited in the miscellaneous receipts of the Treasury. Approved July 31, 1970.

Public Law 91-363 AN ACT To amend section 8c(6)(I) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937 and subsequent legislation, so as to permit marketing orders applicable to apples to provide for paid advertising.

Be it enacted iy the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the proviso at the end of section 8c(6)(I) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937 and subsequent legislation, is amended by striking out "or avocados" and inserting in lieu thereof "avocados, or apples". Approved July 31, 1970.
