To amend the joint resolution authorizing appropriations for the payment by [H. J. Res. 1077] the United States of its share of the expenses of the Pan American Railways Congress Association. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Public Law 80-794, Eightieth Congress, approved June 28, 1948, is amended by striking out "$5,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$15,000" in section 2(a). Approved December 16, 1970.

Public Law 91-554 AN ACT

To amend the Act of April 22, 1960, providing for the establishment of the Wilson's Creek Battlefield National Park. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of the Wilson's Creek Battlefield National Park, in the State of Missouri", approved April 22, 1960 (74 Stat. 76), is amended as follows: (a) Strike out "Wilson's Creek Battlefield National P a r k " in the title and in section 2(a), and substitute "Wilson's Creek National Battlefield". (b) Amend section 3 to read as follows: "SEC. 3. For development of the Wilson's Creek National Battlefield, there are authorized to be appropriated not more than $2,285,000 (March 1969 prices), plus or minus such amounts, if any, as may be justified by reason of ordinary fluctuations in construction costs as indicated by engineering cost indices applicable to the types of construction involved herein." Public Law 91-555 JOINT RESOLUTION Extending the duration of copyright protection in certain cases. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in any case in which the renewal term of copyright subsisting in any work on the date of approval of this resolution, or the term thereof as extended by Public Law 87-668, by Public Law 89-442, by Public Law 90-141, by Public Law 90-416, or by Public Law 91-147 (or by all or certain of said laws), would expire prior to December 31, 1971, such term is hereby continued until December 31, 1971. Approved December 17, 1970.
