SEC. 3. (a) Sections 322(b), 411(c), and 544 of title 38, United 83 States Code, are each amended by striking out "$50" and inserting in 145. Stat. 146, lieu thereof "$55". 81 Stat. 180. (b)(1) Subsection (d) of section 521 of such title is amended by 73 Stat. 434; 78 Stat. 1095. striking out "$100" and inserting in lieu thereof "$110".
