AN ACT To amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States to provide for a partial exemption from d u t y for aircraft m a n u factured or produced in the United States with the use of foreign components imported under temporary importation bond, and for other purposes 91-693 Taxes, statutory mergers, treatment. AN ACT To amend the I n t e r n a l Revenue Code of 1954 with respect to certain s t a t u to r y mergers 91-694 International Coffee Agreement Act of 1968, continuation. AN ACT To continue until the close of June 30, 1971, the International Coffee Agreement Act of 1968 91-695 Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act. AN ACT To provide Federal financial assistance to help cities and communities to develop and carry out intensive local programs to eliminate the causes of lead-based paint poisoning and • local programs to detect and t r e a t incidents of such poisoning, to establish a Federal demonstration and research program to s t u d y the extent of the lead-based p a i n t poisoning problem and the methods available for lead-based p a i n t removal, and to prohibit future use of lead-based paint in Federal or federally assisted construction or rehabilitation __
