To enable the Secretary of Transportation to make grants to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, as authorized by section 601 of the Rail Passenger Service Act of 1970 (Public Law 91-518), $40,000,000, to remain available until expended.

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", including the purchase of six passenger motor vehicles in addition to those heretofore authorized, $500,000. BUREAU OF THE M I N T SALARIES AND EXPENSES
The appropriation granted under this head for the current fiscal year shall be available for the purchase of one passenger motor vehicle for replacement only. INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE REVENUE ACCOUNTING AND PROCESSING
