Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Marmor^^ istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Barbara Rogerson Marmor, the widow of the late Milton Marmor, a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be an alien eligible for immediate relative status under the provisions of section 201(b) of such Act, §Vs*c'iIII' and the provisions of section 204 of such Act, shall not be applicable s use 1154! in this case. Villaruel, shall be held and considered to be the 9/5^ ^'° ^^^' natural-born alien daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tancredo S. Villaruel, s use 1153, lawful resident aliens of the United States: Provided, That no natural ^ ^^'*' parent or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary, by virtue of such relationship, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
