AV if enacted by the Senate ond Hoirse of Representatives of the Vnited Stdtex of Ameiicd ill CongreHH aH>^emhled, That (a) in accordance with the findings of fact and conchisions of the review panel of commissioners of the United States Court of Claims contained in Congressional Reference Case No. 1-68, filed May 1, 1970, the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to each of the individuals named in subsection (b) of this section the amount set forth opposite his name in f\dl settlement of all claims of each such individual against the United States for damages arising in connection with the flooding of certain lands as the result of the unnecessary release of excessive amounts of water from the Wappapello Dam and Reservoir (Wayne County, Missouri) in September 1965, at which time it was in operation under the control of the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
