Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That the Clerk of the House of Representatives, in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 4605) to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 and the United States Code to remove the prohibitions against importing, transporting, and mailing in the United States mails articles for preventing conception, is authorized and directed to strike out "title 18" in section 6(2) and insert in lieu thereof "title 39". P a s s e d December 29, 1970.
