For miscellaneous items, exclusive of salaries unless specifically ordered by the House of Representatives, including such amounts for transfer to the House of Representatives Restaurant Fund as may be necessary for the purposes authorized by section 2 of House Resolution 317, Ninety-second Congress; purchase, exchange, operation, maintenance, and repair of the Clerk's motor vehicles, the publications and distribution service motor truck, and the post office motor vehicles for carrying the mails; the sum of $850 for hire of automobile for the Sergeant at Arms; not to exceed $5,000 for the purposes authorized by section 1 of House Resolution 348, approved June 29, 1961; purposes authorized by House Resolution 416, Eighty-ninth Congress; materials for folding; and for stationery for the use of committees, departments, and officers of the House; $7,325,000: Provided, That the provisions of section 2 of House Resolution 317, Mnety-second Congress, with respect to jurisdiction and control over the management of the House Restaurant, cafeteria, and food service facilities of the House of Representatives, shall be the permanent law with respect thereto.
