For loans in accordance with said Act, and fol* carrying out the provisions of section 7 thereof, to be borrowed from the Secretary of the Treasury in accordance with the provisions of section 3(a) of said Act, and to remain available without fiscal year limitation in accordance with section 3(e) of said Act, as follows: rural electrification program, $545,000,000, of which $25,000,000 is placed in contingency reserve to be made available by the Office of Management and Budget on the same terms and conditions to the extent that such amount is required during the current fiscal year, and rural telephone program, $124,100,000. CAPITALIZATION




For the purchase of Class A stock of the Rural Telephone Bank, $30,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be derived from the net collection proceeds in the rural telephone account created under title III of the Rural Electrification Act, as amended (7 U.S.C. 901924, Public Law 92-12).
