That the joint resolution entitled "Joint resolution extending the dates for transmission to the Congress of the President's Economic Report and of the Report of the Joint Economic Committee", approved December 31, 1970 (Public Law 91-602; 84 Stat. 1674), is amended by striking out "March 10, 1971" and by inserting in lieu thereof "April 1, 1971". Approved March 5, 1971.
