FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not to exceed $10,000,000 of the funds authorized for "Highway beautification" for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1970, and June 30, 1971, by sections 131 (m), 136(m) and 319(b) of title 23, United States Code, shall be 79^stat!*io32f' available for obligation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1971. 82 Stat. sis.
