Private Law 92-49 AN ACT For the relief of Louis A. Gerbert.

He 'it eiHirted by the Senate and House of Repre>ientatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Louis A. (xerbert (United States Naval Reserve) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $820.75, representing certain excess shipping charges arising in connection with the shipment, in 1966, of certain personal and other property from San Diego, California, to Grand Rapids, Michigan, at a time when the said Louis A. Gerbert was on active duty with the Navy. I n the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this section. SKC. '1. (a) The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Louis A. Gerbert an amount equal to the aggregate of any amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, with respect to the indebtedness to the United States specified in the first section of this Act. (b) Xo part of the amount appropriated in subsection (a) of this section in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or recei\ed by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with such claims, and the same shall be unlawfid, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved December 2, 1971.

Private Law 92-50 AN ACT For the relief of Miguelito Ybut Benedieto. Be it enacted by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Miguelito Ybut Benedieto may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Gerardo Benedieto, a citizen of the United States and a lawfully resident alien, respectively, pursuant to section 204: of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the l)eneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
