AN ACT I For the relief of Albiiia Lucio Z. Manlncu.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembledy That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Albina Lucio Z. Manlucu shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to reduce by one number, during the current jfiscal year or the fiscal year next following, the total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of the alien's birth under paragraph (1) through (8) of section 208(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 203(a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Eita Eosella Valleriani shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vincenzo Valleriani, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the parents, brothers, or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
