86 STAT. ] CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS-JULY 18, 1972 "HOW OUR LAWS ARE MADE"

Resolved 'by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That the brochure entitled "How Our Laws Are Made", as set out in House Document Numbered 144 of the Ninety-second Congress, be printed as a House document, with a suitable paperback cover of a style, design, and color, to be selected by the chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives, with emendations by Joseph Fischer, Esquire, law revision counsel of the House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, and with a foreword by the Honorable Emanuel Celler; and that there be printed two hundred and forty thousand five hundred additional copies, of which twenty thousand shall be for the use of the Committee on the Judiciary and the balance prorated to the Members of the House of Representatives. SEC. 2. There shall be printed for the use of the Senate fifty-one thousand five hundred additional copies of the document specified in section 1 of this concurrent resolution. CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND DECLARATION O F INDEPENDENCE

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)., That the Constitution of the United States, as amended to July 1, 1971, together with the Declaration of Independence, be printed as a House document, with an index, in such form and style as may be directed by the Joint Committee on Printing, and that two hundred and twenty thousand be printed for the use of the House of Representatives. SEC. 2. There shall be printed for the use of the Senate fifty-one thousand five hundred additional copies of the document specified in section 1 of this concurrent resolution. Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring), That there be printed for the use of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations five thousand additional copies of the hearings entitled '•War Powers Legislation" held before the Senate Committee oil Foreign Relations. SEC. 2. There shall be printed for \he use of the House of Representatives three thousand additional copies of the hearings authorized by section 1 of this concurrent resolution, fi\e copies to be set aside for each Member of the House of Representatives. Agreed to July 18, 1972.
