PROCLAMATION 4099-DEC. 20, 1971

WHEREAS, I hereby determine that modification of existing duties to restore the rates of duty apphcable on August 15, 1971, terminated in part for such period as necessary by Proclamation 4074, is required or appropriate to carry out such trade agreements; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RICHARD NIXON, President of the United States of America, acting under the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the statutes, including, but not limited to, the Tariff Act, and the TEA, respectively, do proclaim as follows: A. I hereby terminate paragraphs B and C of Proclamation 4074.
