He It enacted by the i^enate and House of Representatives of th« United States of America, in Congress assembled, That section 7()'i of Radio Free EUthe United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 194S '°f^J^^ ^^^'° is hereby amended to read as follows: Appropriation "SEC. 708. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary ^"^'},°1'^^*'°"; of State $38,520,0()() for fiscal year 1978 to provide grants, under such Ante, p. 114. terms and <'onditions as the Secretary considers appropriate, to Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty. Except for funds appropnated pursuant to this section, no funds appropriated after the date of this Act may be made available to or for the use of Radio Free Europe or Radio Fiiberty in fiscal year 1973.".
