Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the piir- „^™^^.^^ poses of sections 203(a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and National- ^J°'^^^* i t y Act, Emilia Majowicz shall be held and considered to be the 79stat. 912, natural-born alien daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry J. Burek, citizens s use 1153, of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or ' 1 s^. sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. For the relief of Sun Hwa Koo Kim.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represeritatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Sun Hwa Koo Kim shall be" held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon the pai^^^nt of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to deduct one number from the total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of the alien's birth under paragraphs (1) through (8) of section 203(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America In Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Rosa I. D'Elia. istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Rosa Ines D'Elia may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1) (F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by l'^jf^%^\^nl Lois R. D'Elia and Stephen J. D'Elia, citizens of the United States, 8 USC 1101, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents 8 USC 1154. or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
