WHEREAS the American people have reason to rejoice at the news of a just and honorable end to the long and trying war in Vietnam; and WHEREAS our deep and abiding faith as a people reminds us that no great work can be accomplished without the aid and inspiration of Almighty God: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Vietnam peace. Flood insurance. Limitation increase. 82 Stat. 5 8 1. 42 USC 4026.

To amend section 1319 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 to increase the limitation on the face amount of flood insurance coverage authorized to be outstanding.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 1319 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 is amended by striking out "$2,500,000,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$4,000,000,000". Approved February 2, 1973.
