AN ACT To change the name of the New Hope Dam and Lake, North Carolina, to the B. Everett Jordan Dam and Lake.

Be it enacted by the ScTiate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the New Hope Dam and Lake on the Haw River, North Carolina, a part of the project of the Cape Fear River Basin, North Carolina, authorized by the Act approved December 30, 1963 (Public Law 88-253), shall hereafter be known as the B. Everett Jordan Dam and Lake, and any law, regulation, document, or record of the United States in which such New Hope Dam and Lake are designated or referred to shall be held to refer to such dam and lake under and by the name of " B. INSTITUTIONS

For payments by the Secretary of the Treasury to maintain the value in terms of gold of the holdings of United States dollars of the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank, the International Development Association, and the Asian Development Bank, to the extent provided in the articles of agreement of such institutions, as authorized by Section 3 of the P a r Value Modification Act (Public Law 92-268 as amended), such amounts as may be necessary (but not to exceed $2,203,000,000), to remain available until expended.
