AN ACT

To name the United States courthouse and Federal office building under construction in New Orleans, Louisiana, as the "Hale Boggs Federal Building", and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United "^^ MH^^^ ^^'^" States courthouse and Federal office building now under construction 'Desi^nauon. at the corner of Camp Street, bounded by Poydras Street, Lafayette Street, and Magazine Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Hale Boggs Federal Building". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be held to be a reference to the "Hale Boggs Federal Building". SEC. 2. The first sentence of section 25 of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Bicentennial Civil Center Act (Public JLaw 92-520) is ^^ Stat. 1024. amended by striking out "System Facilities Development Foundation at 101 West Ninth Street," and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "Systems Data Center facility in Minnehaha County near". SEC. 3. Section 11 of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Bicen- Repeal. tennial Civil Center Act (Public Law 92-520) is hereby repealed. Approved December 28, 1973. Public Law 93-216 AN ACT

Be it eruMited by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Gmigress assembled. That the Admin- suicon carbide. istrator of General Services is hereby authorized to dispose of, by ^sp°=^ • negotiation or otherwise, approximately one hundred and ninety-six thousand five hundred short tons of silicon carbide now held in the national stockpile established pursuant to the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act (50 U.S.C. 98-98h) and the supplemental 35 sta'r;2\^^' stockpile established pursuant to section 104(b) of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 456, as amended by 73 Stat. 607). Such disposition may be made without 82^*8 a'^*4 50^^' regard to the requirements of section 3 of the Strategic and Critical 7 USC 1704. Materials Stock Piling Act: Provided, That the time and method of disposition shall be fixed with due regard to the protection of the United States against avoidable loss and the protection of producers, processors, and con;«umers agains^t avoidable disruption of their usual markets.
