TITLE I—SHORT TITLE, DEFINITIONS SHORT TITLE

SEC. 101. This Act may be cited as the "District of Columbia CamD.C. code ipaijrn P^inance Reform and Conflict of Interest Act." ^^^^ "°*^DEFINITIONS

When used in this Act, unless otherwise provided— D.C. code i(a) The term "election" means a primary, runoff, general, or special 1121. election held in the District of Columbia for the purpose of nominating an individual to be a candidate for election to office or for the purpose of electing a candidate to office, and includes a convention or caucus of a political party held for the purpose of nominating such a candidate.
