OFFICE OF SALINE WATER SALINE WATER CONVERSION

For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Saline Water Conversion Act of 1971 (42 U.S.C. 1959-1959h, as amended), including not to exceed $1,043,000 for administration and coordination expenses during the current fiscal year, $3,007,000, to remain available until expended. F I S H AND W I L D L I F E A N D P A R K S BUREAU OF OUTDOOR RECREATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation, not otherwise provided for, $5,210,000. LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND

For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 as amended (16 U.S.C. 46014-11 as supplemented by Public Law 93-81), including $6,400,000 for administrative expenses of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation during the current fiscal year, and acquisition of land or waters, or interest therein, in accordance with the statutory authority applicable to the State or Federal agency concerned, to be derived from the Land and Water Conservation Fund, established by section 2 of said Act as amended, to remain available until expended, not to exceed $300,000,000, of which (1) not to exceed $180,000,000 shall be available for payments to the States in accordance with section 6(c) of said Act; (2) not to exceed $72,700,000 shall be available to the National Park Service; (3) not to exceed $30,900,000 shall be available to the Forest Service; (4) not to exceed $9,500,000 shall be available to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service; and (5) not to exceed $500,000 shall be available to the Bureau of Land Management. UNITED STATES F I S H AND WILDLIFE SERVICE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

For expenses necessary for scientific and economic studies, conservation, management, investigations, protection, and utilization of sport fishery and wildlife resources, except whales, seals, and sea lions, and for the performance of other authorized functions related to such resources; and maintenance of the herd of long-horned cattle on the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, $101,126,000. CONSTRUCTION AND ANADROMOUS FISH

For construction and acquisition of buildings and other facilities required in the conservation, management, investigations, protection, and utilization of sport fishery and wildlife resources, and the acquisition of lands and interests therein; and for expenses necessary to carry out the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 757a-757f); $14,047,000, to remain available until expended.
