Private Law 93-116 AN ACT For the relief of Fernando Labrador del Rosario.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United, States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Fernando Labrador del Rosario may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 1 0 1 (b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Teodoro de la Fuente del Rosario, a citizen of the United States, and a lawful resident alien, respectively, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. P r i v a t e Law 93-117 AN ACT For the relief of the city of Aransas Pass, Texas, and the Urban Renewal Agency of the city of Aransas Pass, Texas.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstanding any other provision of this Act or title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development is authorized and directed to release the city of xiransas Pass, Texas, and the Urban Renewal Agency of the city of Aransas Pass, Texas, from the obligations of their agreement with the Department of Housing and Urban Development entered into in connection with the closeout of the project numbered Tex. R-92, to provide payments of any kind for any deficit local grants-in-aid to said project. Said release shall be effective as of the original date of closeout: Provided, That nothing herein shall be construed to relieve the city of Aransas Pass, Texas, from its contractual obligations with respect to the unsold project land. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mr. Aldo Massara shall be held and considered to have complied with the provisions of section 316 of that Act as they relate to residence and physical presence. Approved January 2, 1975.
