PUBLIC LAW 94-16—APR. 16, 1975 SEC. 4. Section 404 of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ^QI of 1974 is amended by striking the phrase "ninety days" wherever it appears therein and substituting therefor the phrase "one hundred and eighty days". Approved April 16, 1975.
