Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Commerce not to exceed $2,800,000 for fiscal year ending June 30, 1976; not to exceed $750,000 for the fiscal year transition period from July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976; not to exceed $3,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977; and not to exceed $3,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978, to carry out the purposes of the Standard Reference Data Act (15 U.S.C. 290-290f; 82 Stat. 339). Approved July 2, 1975.
