PUBLIC LAW 94-105—OCT. 7, 1975 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES,

October 7 (legislative day, September 11), 1975. The Senate having proceeded to reconsider the bill (H.R. 4222) entitled "An Act to amend the National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 in order to extend and revise the special food service program for children and the school breakfast program, and for other purposes related to strengthening the school lunch and child nutrition programs", returned by the President of the United States with his objections to the House of Representatives, in which it originated, it was Resolved, That the said bill pass, two-thirds of the Senators present having voted in the affirmative.
