Family medicine; malnutrition. AN ACT To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for the making of grants to medical schools and hospitals to assist them in establishing special departments and programs in the field of family practice, and otherwise to encourage and promote the training of medical and paramedical personnel in the field of family medicine and to provide for a study relating to causes and treatment of malnutrition (84 Stat. 2080-1 [Supp.]) Dec. 25, 1970..
