Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°““l°'*,;’*` 5* of War be authorized and directed to place the name of Joseph Wat- ljsbeilnrlblilcseph son on the roll of invalid pensioners ; and that he be paid at the rate W¤¤•>¤· of four dollars per month during his life, to commence on the sixth day of December, eighteen hundred and forty-five.
