Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives if the A°°°¤¤*¤ °*` United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary £:t;;,€:§‘]f$,§€ of the Treasury cause the account of Peter Gorman, for all the work ance found due actually done by him in grading, gravelling, paving, stone work, and mm t° b° P‘“d· otherwise repairing and improving the roads from the Capitol to the navy yard and Congress burial-ground, according to the measurement of the city surveyor, and at the rates specified in the contracts, to be audited and settled, as also his account for an additional culvert, and for gravel and rolling; and that the Secretary of the Treasury pay the balancedue thereon, after deducting the amount already received by the said Peter Gorman from the former appropriation, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
