40 USC 602a. Short title.

PUBLIC LAW 94-363—JULY 14, 1976 SEC. 613. No part of any appropriation contained in, or funds made available by, this or any other Act shall be available for any agency to pay to the Administrator of the General Services Administration a higher rate per square.foot for rental of space and services (established pursuant to section 210(j) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended) than such agency included in its budget for the current fiscal year and for which appropriations were granted. SEC. 614. None of the funds available under this or any other Act shall be available for administrative expenses in connection with the designation for construction, arranging for financing, or execution of contracts or agreements for financing or construction of any additional purchase contract projects pursuant to section 5 of the Public Buildings Amendments of 1972 (Public Law 92-313) during the period beginning October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977. This Act may be cited as the "Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriation Act, 1977". Approved July 14, 1976.
