(13) Section 502(h) of the Act (29 U.S.C. 792(h)) is amended by .. striking out "year ending September 30, 1977" and inserting in lieu thereof "years ending September 30, 1977, and September 30, 1978". 29 USC 720 note. (c) For purposes of this section, the Congress shall not have been deemed to have passed legislation unless such legislation becomes law. Approved March 15, 1976.
