AUTHORIZATION
SEC. 207. There are authorized to be appropriated not to exceed 15 USC 634g. $1,000,000 to carry out the provisions of this title. Any sums so appropriated shall remain available until expended. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT
SEC. 208. Section 5(e) of the Small Business Act is hereby repealed. Repeal. 15 USC 634.
