Public Law 94-534 94th Congress An Act To amend the Act of June 3, 1976, relating to the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 7 of the Act entitled "An Act to establish a Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe", approved June 3, 1976 (Public Law 94^304), is amended— (1) by inserting " (a) " immediately after "SEC. 7."; and (2) by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: "(b) For purposes of section 502(b) of the Mutual Security Act of 1954, the Commission shall be deemed to be a standing committee of the Congress and shall be entitled to use funds in accordance with such sections.". Approved October 17, 1976.
