Tinicum National Environmental Center, Pa. Boundary extension. 86 Stat. 391.

Appropriation authorization.

To extend the boundary of the Tinicum National Environmental Center, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act of June 30, 1972, entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of the Tinicum National Environmental Center in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and for other purposes" (Public Law 92-326) is amended— (1) by striking out "and Prospect Park Boroughs, exclusive of the portion of marshland which has been filled by the Folcroft Landfill Corporation." in the last sentence of section 2 and inserting in lieu thereof "Prospect Park Boroughs, and the Delaware County incinerator numbered 2."; and (2) by amending section 7 to read as follows: "SEC. 7, (a) There are authorized to be appropriated $2,250,000 to carry out the provisions of this Act. "(b) Beginning with fiscal year 1978, there are authorized to be appropriated, in addition to the authorization appropriated under subsection (a), $1,600,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.".
