An Act
To authorize the Secretary of the Department in which the Coast Guard is operating to lease housing facilities for Coast Guard personnel in a foreign country on a multi-year basis.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 475(a) Coast Guard, of title 14, United States Code, is amended by inserting, immediately Housing after the first sentence, a new sentence to read as follows: "When any facilities, such lease involves housing facilities in a foreign country, the lease may be made on a multi-year basis, for a period not to exceed five years.". Approved October 11, 1976.
